Person with gun arrested near Capitol

The U.S. Capitol Police (USCP) arrested an 18-year-old man with a gun in front of the Capitol on Tuesday. USCP Chief Michael Sullivan told reporters that just after 12 p.m. EST, a white Mercedes SUV parked in the 100 block of Maryland Avenue.
