Donald Trump has been accused of taking advantage of tragedies to promote himself, from falsely blaming Rob Reiner’s murder on “Trump Derangement Syndrome” to refusing to apologize for a racist video of Barack and Michelle Obama, and now attempting to put his name on public landmarks and institutions.
