House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.) will hold a news conference Monday afternoon.

Earlier this month, Jeffries commandeered the chamber floor to deliver a marathon speech hammering away at the GOP’s tax and spending cut bill. He stalled passage of the sprawling package full of President Trump’s legislative priorities for several hours.
