Watch live: Texas officials to provide update on deadly flooding

Texas officials and law enforcement will brief reporters Tuesday morning on flash flooding in the Lone Star State that has left more than 100 people dead.
Heavy rain began hitting the Texas Hill Country — about an hour outside of San Antonio — last week. As of Monday, 104 deaths have been reported, including more than two dozen counselors and young campers from a Christian summer camp for girls. Not all of the victims have been identified.
Search and rescue efforts continue for dozens who are still missing.
President Trump, who signed an emergency declaration for the region on Sunday, is expected to visit the state on Friday.
The press conference is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. EDT.
