Donald Trump is currently under a gag order related to his, one that currently prevents him from harassing witnesses with regards to his election inference case. However, his representing attorney, D. John Sauer, recently argued in the US Court of Appeals in the DC Circuit court that not only is the order violating his clients Free Speech rights.
