After the latest terrorist bloodbath in Israel, former President Donald Trump immediately laid the blame on President Joe Biden’s weak policies with a lie that Biden was the direct source of empowerment used by terrorists. However, the truth is out there, reported by dozens of sources.
NDTV reported , “Trump’s allegations back Republican claims that $6 billion released last month to Iran as part of a prisoner exchange deal was used to fund the Hamas attack.”
White House Deputy Press Secretary Andrew Bates said on social media that, “This is a shameful lie in every respect, at a time when both parties should be totally united in supporting Israel’s defense.” Not only could the $6 billion not go to help terrorists, the money “can only be used for verifiable purchases of humanitarian needs like food & medicine,” Bates added in his fierce retort.
Once again, Trump unleashed an unproven claim that Democrats flubbed up. At a time when the nation was already divided,Trump tossed in another fake monkey wrench that could foul up the work of U.S. negotiators. This was a moment when Americans needed to be united in order to help Israel recover. Wasn’t it a shame that by reflexively blaming Biden, the Trump-led radical right resorted to petty and unproven allegations that threatened to prevent much-needed consensus between Congress and the nation?
By concocting lies, Trump and the GOP are only dividing us at a time when our unity is needed. Trump doesn’t seem to care! He’s fighting for himself, not terrorists, not truth. Yet he enjoys a cult-like allegiance behind every word he says.

How long can we continue defending our and the nation’s honor with traitors united in turning our home into a poison pen used by Trump, to control and discredit any appropriate options?
