When is the next presidential debate? What to know about the first Biden-Trump showdown – Las Cruces Sun-News

Former President Donald Trump and President Joe Biden will debate Thursday, June 27 in the first presidential debate of the 2024 election.
CNN’s studios in Atlanta will be the location of the live debate between Biden and Trump.
CNN, CNMM International and CNN en Español will air the debate.
Cable news networks and CNN Max will also have the debate available for streaming.
The debate begins at 7 p.m. MT/ 8 p.m. CT on Thursday, June 27.
The debate will be moderated by CNN anchors Jake Tapper and Dana Bash.
USA TODAY reported Tapper is anchor of CNN’s The Lead and State of the Union. Bash is anchor of Inside Politics and State of the Union.
No live audience will be attending the debate.

Robert F. Kennedy, who is an candidate for the presidency as a member of the Independent Party, has not been invited to the debate, though the El Paso Times reported he needed reach the required 270 electoral votes before June 20.
The second debate will be broadcast Tuesday, Sept. 10, on ABC.
That debate will be moderated by David Muir, anchor of ABC’s World News Tonight and Linsey Davis, anchor of ABC News Live Prime.
A location for the second debate was not announced.
USA TODAY reported that Vice President Kamala Harris agreed to a debate in July or August to be hosted by CBS.
Trump has yet to announce a VP pick.
