A Colorado Attorney has defended the Supreme Court’s landmark ruling this week, after former US President Donald Trump was disqualified from running for the 2024 election.This week, The Colorado Supreme Court implemented Section 3 of the US Constitution’s 14th Amendment for the very first time, ruling against Trump.Olson revealed: “Colorado, under the Federal Constitution, the states have broad latitude in how they pick their President.”And Colorado has procedures that allow for a court to determine whether a candidate is eligible.”So we used those procedures under state law to demonstrate that Donald Trump was not qualified to be on the ballot.”FULL STORY HERE.
